The Art Park Legacy
Our property sits on part of what was the original Art Park — a creative community drawn to the beauty and remoteness of this Athens County valley.
The cabin is surrounded by woods, boulder formations and a natural pond with bamboo grove. Trails wind through 24 acres of woods, surrounded by hundreds of undeveloped acres. In spring, morel mushrooms emerge along the hillsides. Year-round, you're likely to spot deer, wild turkey, and a variety of birds.
